Our structural base is made from a lightweight aluminium, that has been finished with a powder coating preventing, the set from rusting and deteriorating when wet. We also include free outdoor covers with this set, so it can stay protected when it is not in use.

• Aluminum/Steel Frame with powder coated, rust-proof oil painting and scratch-proof
• Thickened tube with full welding for each point, strong structure

Rattan:

• 100% Hand weaving by craftsmen with more than 5 years experience
• SGS tested flat PE rattan, half round PE rattan or round PE rattan. Good UV-resistance and plenty of color options

Cushion:

• Thickness: 5,8,10 cm thickness
• Fabric: Polyester fabric, spun polyester and olefin with optional colors
• Foam: high density, soft and comfortable. Europe, USA fireprrof standard foam
• Strong color fastness. Waterproof , fire-proof ,SGS tested and approved

Material choose:

• ​1.2/1.5/1.8/2.0mm thckness aluminum tubes
• Local brand PE rattan, Virol PE rattan, Rehuad PE rattan
• Local brand fabric, Sunbrella fabric, Sunproof

Package details:

• First, each sunbed will be packed with foam
• Second, use kraft paper or carton box packing again
• Shipping mark, logo can be printed as customer requirement​
